| QUESTION: Why does Webmail automatically log me out when I'm still on the Internet? |
| ANSWER: Webmail will automatically log you out if left idle for 60 minutes. This
is an extra security measure to protect your sensitive information. To
resume your work, just log back in to the system using your user name
and password. A break in your Internet connection will also cause Webmail
to terminate the session. You can change the inactivity timeout setting
in the Display Preferences menu under the Options tab. |
