QUESTION: What's the difference between the HTML Editor and the Plain Text Editor?

ANSWER:

With the HTML Editor you can utilize advanced word-processing features when composing an email message. A word-processing toolbar is displayed above the message body. The Plain Text Editor only allows you to send emails in a plain text format.

Note: The HTML Editor is only available when using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
