QUESTION: How do I discontinue billing and cancel my hosting account?

ANSWER:

Modifying name servers for a domain will not cancel a hosting account. Cancellation is a separate service. You may cancel a hosting account at any time online.

Step 1:
Log in to your account.

Step 2:
Select Web Hosting & Database from the Hosting & Email menu.

Or, click Hosting Account List from under the Hosting & Email heading further down the page.

Step 3:
Click Cancel Account next to the hosting account you wish to cancel.

Step 4:
Click Yes, Cancel Account to confirm the hosting account you wish to cancel.

Note that canceling your hosting account will delete any files that you have stored within it on the server. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before deleting your account.
